Yükseköğretimin yapıldığı Üniversiteler geçmiş, şimdi ve geleceği kuşatan maziden aldığı bilgileri bugüne yorumlayıp geleceğe yön veren zaman ve mekânı aşan eğitim/öğretim kurumlarıdır.
Yükseköğretim toplumu direkt etkileyen ve ondan etkilenen millet ve devletlerin gelişim, değişim ve dönüşümündeki en önemli bir süreçtir.
Anne karnında başlayan eğitim sürecinin tamamlandığı aşama olan yükseköğretim aynı zamanda; çocuğun ilk eğitimcisi olan annenin yetişmesinde de en önemli misyonu ifade eder. Biz bu yazımızda hayatımızın bütün aşamalarına dokunan yükseköğretimi geliştireceğini düşündüğümüz üç proje önerisinde bulunacağız.
Eğitimin teori ve uygulamanın birlikte yürütüldüğünde kalıcı ve verimli olacağı düşüncesinden hareketle önerdiğimiz projeler bu alanı güçlendirecek bir muhteva içermektedir.
1.Ün-Fa-Mar: Üniversite Farkındalık Marketleri
Ün-Fa-Mar’lar yükseköğretime adım atan her öğrencinin teorisini aldığı eğitimin ikinci sınıftan itibaren somut çıktılarını raflarına taşıyabilme imkânı vererek onları motive eden önemli bir pazarlama merkezleri olarak düşünülebilir.
Her üniversitede açılacak bu marketlerin raflarına taşınan ürünlerle öğrenciler aldıkları eğitimi ete kemiğe büründürecek, bütçelerine katkı yapacak ve halkta karşılığını gördükleri eğitimlerine motivasyonları artacak, istihdam konusunda da önleri açılacaktır.
2.Özel Öğrenciler Koordinasyon Merkezleri
Yükseköğrenimin kendisinin de gelişim, değişim ve dönüşümde özel öğrencileri kadrosuna katıp onlarla farklı bağlamlarda çalışmak gibi bir zorunluluğu düşüncesindeyiz.
Osmanlı iki sınıf “özel insanlar” üzerinde yükselmişti. Osmanlı eğitim sistemi yükselme döneminde; 120 üzeri zekâları Enderun ve Harem’de eğitip devleti yönetirken, 60 ve aşağı zekâları “Deliler Taburu”nda değerlediriyordu. “Osmanlı Tokatı”nın müellifi bu deliler taburundaki özel insanlardı. Bu Osmanlı Devleti’nin kurucu aklı Şeyh Edebali’nin “Yiğidin iyisin deli, atın iyisinde dolu derler” sözünün uygulamaya aktarılmasıydı.
Yükseköğretimde bu iki sınıf özel öğrencilerinin kazandırılmasından, özel şartlarda eğitilmesi ve yönlendirilmesinden sorumlu bir merkez üniversitelere çok büyük katkılar sunacaktır. Dünyanın her yerinde değişim, gelişim ve dönüşü ancak özel yetenekli insanlarla yapılır. Onların hazırladığı yol haritasını normal insanlar uygularlar.
3.Beyin Tarlası
Yükseköğretimde Fakülte, Myo ve yüksekokullardan özel kriterlerle seçilmiş akademisyen ve öğrencilerin faaliyet yürüttüğü onlar dışındaki bütün birimlerin (Araştırma Merkezleri/Enstitüler v.b.) “beyin tarlası” ismiyle oluşturulacak bir üst kurul tarafından koordine edilmesi eğitimin kalitesini artıracaktır.
Beyin tarlası için bütün birimlerden seçilen özel ekip üniversitenin bütün eğitim sürecinin değişim, gelişim ve dönüşümünde aktif rol alacaklardır. Okullarla beyin tarlası ekibi arasında karşılıklı bir denetim ve rehberlik sistemi işletilerek eğitimin kalitesi artırılacaktır.

Three Projects for Change, Development and Transformation of Higher Education
Universities, where higher education is provided, are educational/training institutions that transcend time and space, interpreting the information they receive from the past, present and future into the present and giving direction to the future.
Higher education is the most important process in the development, change and transformation of nations and states that directly affect society and are affected by it.
Higher education, which is the stage where the education process that begins in the womb is completed, also expresses the most important mission in the upbringing of the mother, who is the first educator of the child. In this article, we will make three project proposals that we think will develop higher education, which touches all stages of our lives.
Based on the idea that education will be permanent and productive when theory and practice are carried out together, the projects we propose contain a content that will strengthen this field.
1. Ün-Fa-Mar: University Awareness Markets
Ün-Fa-Mars can be considered as important marketing centers that motivate students who step into higher education by providing them with the opportunity to carry the concrete outputs of the theoretical education they receive from the second year on their shelves.
With the products carried to the shelves of these markets to be opened in each university, students will embody the education they receive, contribute to their budgets and increase their motivation for the education they see in return from the public, and their paths will also be opened in terms of employment.
2. Special Students Coordination Centers
We believe that higher education itself has a necessity to include special students in its staff and work with them in different contexts in the development, change and transformation.
The Ottoman Empire rose on two classes of “special people”. During the rise of the Ottoman education system; while educating those with intelligence above 120 in Enderun and Harem and governing the state, it evaluated those with intelligence below 60 in the “Battle of the Madmen”. The author of the “Ottoman Slap” was a special person in this battalion of madmen. This was the implementation of the words of Sheikh Edebali, the founding mind of the Ottoman Empire, “A good hero is called crazy, a good horse is called full.”
A center responsible for the acquisition of these two classes of special students in higher education, their education under special conditions and their guidance will make great contributions to universities. Change, development and transformation can only be achieved with specially talented people anywhere in the world. Normal people apply the roadmap they prepare.
3. Brain Field
In higher education, the coordination of all units (Research Centers/Institutes etc.) where academicians and students selected with special criteria from faculties, vocational schools and colleges operate by a higher board to be established under the name of “brain field” will increase the quality of education.
The special team selected from all units for the brain field will play an active role in the change, development and transformation of the entire education process of the university. The quality of education will be increased by operating a mutual control and guidance system between the schools and the brain field team.
